The second renovation to this home took place primarily in the basement. Once it was dug out to increase the ceiling height and comfort level, a media room complete with wet bar, a full bathroom and guest bedroom, laundry room, and yoga room were all outfitted to suit the client's needs and tastes. The renovation also included an addition to the rear of the home which accommodated a new ensuite master bathroom, bedroom and full dressing room. Once complete, this 1950's bungalow was doubled in square footage without adding a second storey.
