This 27th floor condominium in the prestigious Harbour Square complex along the Toronto shore needed an update! The kitchen was tired and dated. The laundry room was basic and boring. And the bathroom was dull and dark. We brought some much needed sophistication to the condo by renovating the kitchen with classic off-white cabinetry, new counter top, a new penny tile backsplash, new appliances, a higher ceiling with crown moulding and new recessed lighting. The bathroom's new vanity and gorgeous marble counter top set the tone. We updated the fixtures, added new limestone floors and installed new eye-catching lighting and accessories. In the laundry room, we designed two-toned built-in storage, added a splash of colour with a glass tile backsplash and a lovely patterned tile on the floor. We even custom designed drying racks on the wall for some energy-saving duties. We also updated the wall colours throughout the rest of the condo and installed new interior doors and hardware. Now this condo has new life... bright and classic with loads of style points!
